„Sehr stilvolles, gepflegtes Hostel mit super nettem Personal und ruhigen Zimmern

Schönes, frisch renoviertes Hostel mit super Ausstattung. Im Zimmer ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Café in Erdgeschoss hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen.

Die Lage ist gut für Sehenswürdigkeiten zum Wat Pho, Wat Arun oder Khao San Road aber weiter weg vom Stadtbezirk Sukhumvit zum Beispiel. Da kommt man dann zwar gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder Taxis hin aber braucht mehr Zeit.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, near local food stalls and walking distance many places

Comfortable beds and pillows, separate shower and loo and basin, kettle, fridge, lift, very friendly and smiling front desk, able to store luggage for morning after checkout

Water in fridge not replaced on days 2 and 3, only one part used loo roll and not replaced so had to use facial tissues.v

Very Good

Nice staff, good Aircon, quiet location.

Uncomfortable pillows. Fittings and fixtures were clearly very cheap, even though it's new, they were falling apart.

I would stay there again happily.

Staff is super friendly and eager to help. Hotel is very clean and looks/feels new. Very good location. Easy to walk from it to Grand Palace area and Khaosan Road.

The washbasin is super small. Water heater was tricky. Breakfast options are limited but it's ok. The immediate area at night doesn't feel safe to walk as a solo female traveler... easy to fix, get back at night with taxi, or tuk-tuk even better.

Pros and cons. We appreciated the great staff :)

The best about about the hotel was the EXCELLENT staff. They were friendly and very helpful whenever we had questions or needed help booking a taxi. I'd stay here again for that reason alone :)

Our room was on the top floor and facing the road, so there was a ton of noise that crept into our room. They need to put some kind of sealant around the door frame to muffle the road noise; there were visible gaps, which meant that our air conditioner was having to run even more to keep up with the warm air flowing in around the door. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were composed of stiff rectangular foam material.

Wonderful

The staff and the location in the old town were amazing! We could do anything by foot, water taxi or tuktuk and enjoyed our stay a lot!

Next time I would book a bigger room but the beds were super comfortable here as well :)

Decent hotel

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The lobby is great as it has a cafe and area to eat takeaways etc. rooms are well designed with big beds, curtains and great washing areas. Great location to walk to big old town attractions like grand palace and national museum as well as Ko San Road.

Three negatives, the pillows we found very uncomfortable and also we found when we checked in the floor had long hairs on which ment it wasn’t being mopped etc properly. Oh also, there was no safety box in our room that was promised and when we asked staff they offered no solution.

absolutely fantastic

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic especially front office staff. Everyone was smiling and polite. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for getting around. I will definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the water pipes in the room were too noisy and disturbed us while sleeping. But overall, I really liked it, and I would rate it as one of the best places to stay in Bangkok.

Exceptional

Clean, lovely crew. They help us with everything that we needed.

I liked everything. This is a very small review to improved the room that we stayed. I will come back to this hotel of i can. There is a closet that covers the water system of the hotel. The closet was open, and if youre not carefull a small chiled can fall inside and fall a long fall. Also in the entrance of the shower on the floor there was a piece missing.

I think our stay is good except for small thing. I will definitely coming back here.

I love the service. The staff are wonderful! Helpfull and very accomodating. Near to Khaosan Rd and tourist attractions.

Just a bit like we hear noise from the people coming late at night and doors when they open or close it. I just wished it is more sound proof. Iam a light sleeper so i wake up everytime people is back from their room. Neighbor room. And also the waterpipes, we can hear the water through pipes from the room evertime there is someone using it maybe on the next floor higher or lower floors.

Fantástico

Sus habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Personal amable y atento. Cerca al gran palacio caminando. Su cama es cómoda.

Se escucha el ruido de la calle. Aunque generalmente la calle es silencioso. Hubo una noche que llegó un carro con volumen alto.

Excelente

Phra nakhon phostel, un hotel en la zona antigua de Bangkok, con una perfecta ubicación para disfrutar lo genuino de la ciudad. Cerca de todos los templos para ir andando. Cerca del río para poder coger barcos y ferris. Dispone de unas instalaciones modernas y cuidadas, una cafetería perfecta, un servicio muy profesional. Mai y su equipo nos han recibido con mucho cariño en cada circunstancia, una amabilidad exquisita. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. Y como colofón tuvieron un detalle que nunca olvidaremos. Recomiendo este alojamiento tanto para familias como para todo tipo de viajeros. Hay hoteles que nos recomiendas por donde están ubicados otros por sus instalaciones y muy pocas veces se recomiendan hoteles por las personas que trabajan en el, en este Hotel el equipo que trabaja en el Hotel, lo convierte en una elección perfecta. Si te quieres sentir acogido y a gusto en todo momento. Muchas Gracias a Mai y a todo su equipo. Hasta siempre.

Personal muy amable y perfecta ubicación

El personal del hotel es muy amable desde el primer momento, siempre con recomendaciones muy útiles y consejos. La habitación es muy espaciosa. La ubicación es perfecta, céntrica, a 10 minutos andando del Grand Palace y el Wat Pho.

Algunas calles de al rededor del hotel tienen un ambiente un poco complicado cuando se hace de noche, pero tampoco hemos tenido ninguna mala experiencia con nadie.
